OUR CHURCH

The mission of the Hamden Plains United Methodist Church is sharing God’s love by creating a safe and welcoming community, connecting people’s needs with God’s power, and reconciling divisions through Christ.

Our vision is to see members become disciples, disciples learn to lead and inspire new disciples, and for us all to express God’s love in tangible ways.

 

Ours is a very diverse congregation. People from all walks of life, places, and cultures come together with respect for each other in order to worship and learn about God.

 

We host Eglise De Diece De Neco, a French Church, and open our doors for community activities:  Men's AA, Spanish AA and Spanish Women's AA, the United Girls Choir,  Over Eaters Anonymous, and the monthly meeting of Hamden Plains Friends.
