Hamden Plains United Methodist Church

We are located on the corner of Dixwell Avenue and Church Street.

 

*  From the Merrit Parkway:  

    Take Exit 60.  

    Turn right.  

    The church is approximately one mile on the right.

 

*  From I91:  

    Take Exit 10 toward Mt. Carmel/Hamden.  

    ​Take Exit 1 toward US-5/State St/Dixwell Ave. Hamden

    Turn left onto Devine St. 

    Turn left onto Hartford Turnpike

    Turn right onto Dixwell Ave.

    Continue on Dixwell Ave. for approximately 4 miles.  

    The church is on the right.

 

*  From New Haven:

    Take Whitney Ave. (Rt. 10) to Putnam Ave.

    Turn right onto Dixwell Ave.

    The church is approximately one half mile on the left.
